Thomas Blake (he/him/his) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, holding licenses in California, New Jersey, Maryland and Idaho; working with adolescents and adults of all ages. Thomas is trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), MDMA/Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Integration/Harm Reduction which he integrates into his process as a psychotherapist practicing through a Humanistic-Existential lens.

In addition to his work in private practice, Thomas received his clinical training from The LGBTQ Center in Orange County, California and dedicates his time in working as a crisis consultant to The Trevor Project, a national suicide prevention service supporting LGBTQ+ youth ages 13 to 24.

 

Thomas passionately works with trauma survivors suffering from complex post traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD).  As a trauma therapist, Thomas confidently navigates a wide range of presenting issues while working to minimize distress in the lives of his clients in an effort to help them regain stability. Additionally, Thomas specializes in working with the LGBTQ+ community, their families, and allies creating a safe and affirmative space throughout the therapeutic process. 

 

Thomas currently facilitates various LGBTQ+ process groups and multiple trauma survivor groups.

 

Thomas Blake, MA, LMFT currently provides therapeutic services in person in Red Bank, NJ and via telehealth, enabling him to provide support to any client within the states of California, New Jersey, Maryland, and Idaho.

Ashley Prikryl, AMFT

Ashley believes that true healing happens when you honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, creating a compassionate space where you can explore your experiences and move toward healing and growth. 


Whether you’re facing challenges related to complex trauma, women’s issues, or sexual health concerns—such as intimacy struggles, codependency, or compulsive relationship patterns—She is here to support you.


Ashley is trained in experiential modalities, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and integrates various therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness and attachment theory to help you better understand the patterns that shape your life. Together, you’ll explore how your personal and family history influence your sense of self, while working toward strengthening your authentic identity.


Ashley’s goal is to offer gentle guidance and unconditional support, empowering you to navigate your emotions and relationships with greater confidence and clarity. In your work, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can begin to rewrite your story in a way that aligns with your values and aspirations. Ashley currently facilitates a support group for individuals and their families impacted by the LA Wildfires

Esthela Alarcon-Teagle, AMFT

Esthela is a bilingual and bicultural Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and reframe their personal narratives in ways that foster growth and resilience. Her work is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, and she is committed to creating a safe, strengths-based space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is open to work with individuals, couples, youth and families. Esthela currently leads a support group for Latinx families navigating fears and challenges related to immigration policies.


With experience working across diverse communities nationwide, Esthela brings a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy. She draws from client-centered, trauma-informed frameworks to help identify unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and take meaningful steps toward positive change. Whether you’re facing transitions, relationship challenges, or internal struggles, you’ll work together to build the tools and strategies that align with your goals.


Esthela’s background is rooted in both personal and professional experiences that inform her approach. She was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Southern California. Esthela holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from CSULB and a Master’s in Communication from USC, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Communications/Journalism. These experiences allow her to bridge practical strategies with a deep understanding of human connection and personal growth.

Rachel Cannon, AMFT

Rachel is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents across California via telehealth. Her approach is grounded in warmth and collaboration, creating a space where you can explore your experiences, develop autonomy, and build resilience in the face of trauma and life’s challenges. Rachel facilitates two support groups, one for individuals facing postpartum challenges and another for those dealing with disordered eating.


With experience in a variety of settings—including working with incarcerated populations, family members of hospice patients, individuals struggling with severe substance abuse, and those in eating disorder treatment at all levels of care—Rachel understands the complexities of healing and personal growth. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, substance abuse, and major life transitions, including the postpartum experience and later-in-life coming out.


Rachel’s work is informed by a depth psychological perspective, focusing on attachment and emotional processing to help you build a stronger, more compassionate connection with yourself. Whether you’re seeking support for healing from your past or navigating a significant change, She is here to walk alongside you with empathy and care.
